About once a month we write a newsletter to friends and family to let them know where we are and what we have been up to. This website brings together all these newsletters with photographs.
Previous trips are described newsletters which can be accessed using the navigation list on the left hand side of this page. We visited Spain, France, Italy and Greece in 2003 and then shipped our European motorhome to the USA at the end of 2003.
We toured the USA, Canada and Mexico during 2004. In 2006 we traded in our European motorhome for a Forest River Sunseeker. An American C Class motorhome.
In 2007 we spent another year touring Europe and took a trip to Morocco. During 2008 we drove from Florida to Alaska in a Forest River Berkshire- an A class motorhome. You can learn more about the Berkshire and see photos inside and out by clicking here.
We sold the Berkshire in November 2008 having left it on consignment in Oregon. We returned to the UK in August 2008 and after catching up with friends and family we drove out to France where our UK registered motorhome had been stored for the duration of our USA trip. Having done over 14, 000 miles in 2008 we enjoyed a chill out on the Costa Brava in Spain for the autumn of 2008. We spent September and October on Camping Les Medes at L'Estartit and went to Roses whilst it was shut in November. I returned to the UK for a job interview at the end of November. I started back at work on the 8th December working in Pharmaceutical Sales. A bit of a shock to the system after such a long break. So, the site won't be updated as often but I will still write and let people know what we get up to at weekends. I don't think the 'Life and Times of a Medical Rep' would make terribly interesting reading!
